Demographic and Site Guidelines

Recommended store locations should have the following demographic criteria within a 2-mile radius:

Site preferences for retail locations include the following:

• Multi-tenant out parcel to a power center
• Adjacent to high traffic generators
• End caps
• Traffic Count - 25,000 daily average on primary commuter artery
• Visibility
  • 100' unobstructed
  • Grade level with primary street
• Building Dimensions - Minimum 25' wide frontage
• Building Area - 1,800 - 2,500 square feet
• Signage - Store signage on multiple sides with top position on pylon or monument sign
